| 工作职责 Responsibilities | ||||||
| - To assist Team Leaders in project timeline estimation to predict accurate delivery of deliverables. - To assist Team Leaders in work package/component system design to ensure quality metrics are met in terms of maintainability, reliability, scalability and resilience. - To perform coding, testing and documentation in line with user & system requirements to deliver source code, documents and test scripts that meet clients' needs. - To perform 3rd level support in and after office hours to ensure fastest possible recovery to service. - To constantly keep up-to-date in technological advancement and patterns to ensure skillset are relevant and ability to develop better quality products. - To work closely with Team Leader to highlight any unplanned utilization pattern of self - this may include both under or over-utilization. - To constantly update project plan to allow proper tracking of project status. - To ensure and protect company intellectual property(e.g. source code, documentation, etc). |

| 技能需求 Requirements | ||||||
| - Diploma or Degree Holder - in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent). - Certification in the relevant technologies and skill-sets is a plus. - Minimum 2 years application development experience, preferably in banking, online-gaming industry or any other high transactional web-based systems for Senior Grade. - Understand SDLC and processes. Design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns important. - Usage experience of MSSQL 2000/2005 and/or Oracle/DB2. - Good knowledge of ASP, C#, ASP.Net, Stored Procedures, Javascript or Java/J2EE. - Good knowledge of business modeling tools and techniques (e.g. UML, Cases, etc). - Experience in TDD development environment preferred. |
